Jessica Simpson welcomes baby boy

Jessica Simpson and her fiance, Eric Johnson, had their second baby, Ace Knute Johnson, this year. The couple welcomed daughter Maxwell in May 2012. Simpson, who revealed that she was pregnant again over the Christmas holiday, joked on "The Tonight Show" in January that she didn't have time to get married because she keeps getting pregnant. Evan Rachel Wood at first dismissed rumors that she was pregnant after marrying actor Jamie Bell in November 2012, but by January she announced on Twitter that she's "gonna be a mama!" Wood even picked out a song that could be featured on a new mommy-to-be playlist: "Song of the day 'Sweet Child of Mine,' " she tweeted January 11.

Busy Philipps was all baby bump when she worked the red carpet at the SAG Awards in January. The actress and her husband, Marc Silverstein, are expecting their second child. They're also parents to a 4-year-old girl named Birdie Leigh.

Within two weeks of announcing her engagement to minor baseball league player Cutter Dykstra, Jamie-Lynn Sigler had more joyful news to share: The couple are also expecting their first child. "We are so excited to be able to share the news of this incredible blessing," she tweeted February 12.

Here's hoping for a dual baby shower for CaCee Cobb and Jessica Simpson, as the BFFs are both expecting this year. Cobb married actor Donald Faison in December 2012, and tweeted the following month, "Looks like [Donald] and I are going to have a little stormtrooper of our own!"

Los Angeles (CNN) -- It's a boy!

Jessica Simpson gave birth to little Ace Knute Johnson via a scheduled C-section Sunday in Los Angeles, her rep told CNN.

It's the second child for the 32-year-old singer/TV personality and her fiance, former NFL player Eric Johnson. Ace has a big sister, 1-year-old Maxwell Drew.

The "Fashion Star" mentor accidentally revealed that she and Johnson were expecting a boy on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" in March.

"It's a total different pregnancy. I just feel awful ... I've been vomiting," Simpson told Kimmel. "The crazy thing is, I never knew a wiener could actually make me nauseous."

After realizing what she said, Simpson clarified, "Well, I guess I just told the world I'm having a boy."
